Hey Im not sure if this is the right procedure to Ocing my q6600. I up my vcore to 1.3 then i run prime 95 to check my temps. anything below 65c is good. then raise my fsb to like 3.3ghz and run prime95 for 6hrs to see if its stable and if its not i raise the vcore to 1.31 and keep trial and error. Is that correct at all and what do i do with memory timings?

You cant get it above x9 on a q6600. You might get cooler temps with 450x8 vs 400x9, but just try to overclock the cpu as high as you can, while keeping voltage under 1.45. Vdrop comes into play, i have my voltages at 1.55 because of a .12 vdrop.
