Well Ive gotten my cpu at 2.7Ghz with 1.450 volts and the fsb at 237. The Ht speed is at 1.8. But every time I raise the fsb the mobo resets? Any help?

bump the voltage! manually time your ram.

edit: oops, voltage is already high enough
add more voltage to the ram and northbridge

It looks like your motherboard has hit a wall. Raise the NB voltage, and see if that gives you any headroom.

One thing to try is to lower the CPU multi a few notches, and start pumping the FSB to see where your board tops off, eliminating the processor from the equation. All while tweaking the HTT multi and NB voltage.
