It looks like your motherboard has hit a wall. Raise the NB voltage, and see if that gives you any headroom.
One thing to try is to lower the CPU multi a few notches, and start pumping the FSB to see where your board tops off, eliminating the processor from the equation. All while tweaking the HTT multi and NB voltage.
