Performance wide, not much but based on reviews, the Corsair one is most stable in X58 tests. The OCZ one should be fine for most tasks.

I was wondering if there is a big performance difference in these two memory kits as the price difference is about $100 at newegg? I am going to be using them on a evga x58 and i7 920 and will be gunning for 3.8 to 4 ghz
