I would think that 145.00 shipped would be fair since it is new.

Yea, you can move it fairly quick at $1 per GB price point. But if you can afford to hold out you can get a little more so $145-$150.

i can order one off newegg for $120 with free 2 day shipping so why would someone want to pay him $150 for one that may be new in box, but is still out of a store meaning its lost some value.

For people who don't want to deal with rebates, ~$140 would be fair.
