As the title states, with watercooling i am getting one temperature in particular that is way off, Temperatures are, under full load in everest, CPU 35*C, Core 1 50*C<img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="/images/smilies/eek.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title="EEK!"> , Core 2 39*C.

hmmm the CPU could be chipset, the cores could be your real cores, its a little hot, not sure how hot the Dual Core Run though, keep an eye on it, 55C is the die out on each core.

It just doesnt make sense though, if core 1+2 are the actual cores how could they be a full 11 degrees different from each other<img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="/images/smilies/confused.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title="Confused"> Also Im pretty sure they are all the CPU because they change when a load is applied/taken away

It doesn't make a lot of sense to me either...Maybe you should check your TIM application and reapply it..Make sure your WB is securely mounted first...
