I recently ran some benchmarks on my OS Drive SSD, and got results like these:



Now, I don't really think that's correct, especially coming from this:

Can anyone fill me in on what's going on?

That's what I thought too, but when I'm loading games (HoN), my friend usually beats me time-wise. This is without having the game cached yet and such.

lol, that is either a bug in the program or a RAMDisk. SATA 2 doesn't go over ~270MB/s.

Not a RAMDisk, and those were my thoughts exactly(on sata 2). I was told the benchmark was run multiple times and cached, but that was my first run ...

Definitely a bug, I have ran that test 5 times in a row before and never had that.

Edit: File compression enabled.

I had previously run Crystal disk and had more realistic results, but read your guide about the ATTO bench being the best so I ran that one, that's what I got.

Yeah I have all my data compressed except for HoN because apparently that makes it load faster (does it?).
