Is the Off Topic Section a Good or Bad Thing?

This thread makes 10,368 threads in the "Off Topic" section of the forums.<br />
<br />
That will soon surpass the 10,380 threads in the AMD CPU's section, the current largest section of the forums.<br />
<br />
Do note that the Off Topic section has already passed the AMD CPU section in post countings, with nearly 40,000 more posts in it's section than that of AMD's section.<br />
<br />
I'd like to hear your opinion on whether this is a good or bad thing.

Yes is a good thing.Especially now close to the Holyday season,everybody waiting for all the new stuff.

</div>But wouldn't that add to the reason to be querying in other sections what to buy this winter instead of displaying what song you are listening to or what your desktop looks like?
