I am curious to see what the MBA models can do once watercooled. Usually MBA do better with a waterblock.Got mine, Need a water block ASAP, Staring at 110c hotspot is annoying.
Tempting to finagle one of my universal blocks on it.
Agreed, I think every AMD GPU I have owned has been reference (back to 9500Pro) and they have always done well with proper cooling/tuning.I am curious to see what the MBA models can do once watercooled. Usually MBA do better with a waterblock.
Does EVC overcome power limits?Agreed, I think every AMD GPU I have owned has been reference (back to 9500Pro) and they have always done well with proper cooling/tuning.
Just hope I dont have to resort to using my EVC, would much prefer software tools, but its looking like soft-powerplay tables may not be a thing this time around.
This card has a lot of weird behavior, I think its pretty clear they may be a bit half-baked, but that could mean a lot of potential.
Typically yes, by reducing power sense output. Similar trick to shunt mod on Nvidia cardsDoes EVC overcome power limits?
Could be soonish, they just found the tables and initial tests have been done.anything about when MPT support is being added? or if AMD even allows us to touch powerplay?
yeah but didn't the TUF and MERC319 both hit 3Ghz?Tiachi
Aorus Elite
Nitro
Are all top tier 7900xtx cards out there on air right now. I have not found any review for them yet though. As I want to see what kind of performance they will offer past their boost clocks.
What is created by man can be broken by manPowerplay table exist but the driver does not use them unless they are signed by AMD so basically encrypted.
At what oc?I scored 32K in TS. Not bad considering stock for me was 28.3K.
Yeah but wasn't that manual OC?yeah but didn't the TUF and MERC319 both hit 3Ghz?
