I am curious to see what the MBA models can do once watercooled. Usually MBA do better with a waterblock.

Agreed, I think every AMD GPU I have owned has been reference (back to 9500Pro) and they have always done well with proper cooling/tuning.
Just hope I dont have to resort to using my EVC, would much prefer software tools, but its looking like soft-powerplay tables may not be a thing this time around.

This card has a lot of weird behavior, I think its pretty clear they may be a bit half-baked, but that could mean a lot of potential.

Typically yes, by reducing power sense output. Similar trick to shunt mod on Nvidia cards
