2) From the left column, on the screen, scroll all the way to the last choice using the DOWN arrow button
3) Press OK
4) That will take you to the top of the middle column, the Korean equivalent of the word, Language

6) Finally, that will jump you over the to third column
7) Highlight English and press OK

Finally an affordable 32"... oddly what I really want is matte though, the semi-glossy ain't cutting it for me (404k). Would also like to know about freesync support.

My gtx 960 doesn't get here for 4 more days too . Hopefully with expedited international shipping both will be here right on time together. I've been using 2560x1600 since 2010 so I cant wait for the upgrade! Attempt were delayed by about 2 wk as I bought the LG 43UF6430 from BB without knowing about the rgbw pixel as well as buying the 970 without knowing that it does do x265 hardware acceleration. So had to return both and order appropriate hardwares...

So monitor is finally here. Unfortunately my gtx 960 is not here til tomorrow. So I can only test with my old gtx 480 for now...

Currently I can only get 3840 x2160 at 30hz. At elast that's the only highest resolution that gtx 480 would let me set after plugging this into a DP 1.2.

Here're pics

Running at full native res 2160p at 30hz, single pixel txt are razor sharp as to be expected in any monitor. I am getting a fair amount of mouse input lag. If if switch to 1440p at 60hz, mouse input lag goes away.

I was able to find 1 bright stuck pixel toward the lower outer left and another at lower outer right screen using a black background. If I am not looking for them, they are completely unnoticeable.... even on the black ground....

Will test HDMI 2.0 and true 2160p60hz once my gtx 960 gets here and installed.

The attached stand stump can be removed if needed. You also get some tilt up and down adjustment and that's all you can do for adjustment...

Any question for now?

Glad to hear you finally received your monitor)
Do you have the possibility to check input lag somehow when you get you GTX960.... in comparison with crt or some any low input lag monitor?

At 30 hz your frames happen every 33 ms, that alone is more than TFT's "class 2" input lag of 15-30 ms, so it may just be the effect of 30 hz.

How is the anti-glare coating? Graininess vs. reflections? Is you room brightly lit or darkened /bias lighting? Can you name other monitor models you can compare to?

Coating looks to me like matte when I shine a flashlight directly at it. No worse or better than my HP LP3065. My room is usually low lit..

Changing to 60hz and mouse input lag gone.

.

I have tested both the HDMI 2.0 and DP 1.2 at 4:4:4 at 4K 60hz. And they behave the same. Razor sharp single pixel text as expected.

All in all it's acting just like my HP, which is a good thing.. as that's what anyone buying a monitor is expecting.

Btw this thing also have PIP using multiple inputs, if you are into that..

Any other question?

Just feel a little bumped that the GTX 960 driver doesn't support NVS 450 so I have to remove my nvs. I know I still have several ports left on the gtx but it's not the same. my nvs 450 allows for 4 more 2560x1600 monitors over 4 DP so that is a significant loss ;( .... The gtx 960 driver only support nvs 310, 315, 510, 810... There is no quadro driver package that support gtx 960 either ;(. when I had my gtx 480 running with nvs450, I also had to use an older driver package that supports both. Newer gtx 480 drivers also doesn't support nvs 450.... oh well.. ;(

Well good news for me, I find semi-gloss a bit annoying compared to matte.
biggrin.gif
Think AMH has a 32 inch 4K that is semi-gloss, so I had to ask...

Is the monitor stand fully tiltable?

There's a fair amount of tilt up/down available... A little stiff.

The OSD menu has a fair amount of adjustments (colors/brightness, etc) compared to HP 3065

The quality of construction is somewhat flimsy. There is some slight flexing to the lower bezel when you try to tilt. Not as well put together as HP 3065

hopefully the few tv that can truly work as monitors can go down to less than 500$ soon as well as more models avail...I don't mind getting an additional 40 in with smart tv....

I am glad to have found this monitor at a reasonable price...

OK, so in case someone confirm that this monitor has input lag around 20ms, I will take it as allaround monitor for coding, reading, games and films.

Can you try overclocking it and running a frame skip test here: http://www.testufo.com/#test=frameskipping

Given that it has HDMI and DP inputs, I'm not hopeful, but something higher than 60hz would be awesome.

How are the colors? Look like any other IPS display? Not washed out like a TN panel? How about black levels?

Sorry for all the questions...really debating this vs the Crossover 2795 QHD, which is only 27", 1440p, but also overclocks like a champ.

Might as well try OC but its very unlikely you will get anything out of 4K. Certainly nothing remotely in the range of 1440p.

I am away til sat. will test out that sync thing. will try to create custom res and refresh rate but it doesn't look too hopeful with OC...

Panel color is not washed out.

The easiest way to compare input lag - connect two monitors to same source in dublicate mode, run THIS and take photo of two monitors... and compare time on counter.
Better way to compare lag with CRT monitors because they have 0 input lag.

I do not want to seem annoying. So... just in case you possible to do this)

so you just connect the two monitors in duplicate and start the timer? what exposure time for camera? faster than 1/1000? I still do have a 21 inch crt and its heavy as heck to bring back out but we ll see. I can compare to the hp 3065...

Yep)
connect two monitors to one source;
setup them in repeat mode (two monitors shows same image);
open link;
start timer;
take photo with fast shutter.
And by the photo we can get how one monitor lags behind other.
Better to compare with crt, but 3065 also - ok, because input lag of 3065 ~20ms
Better to take this photo when you get 960, because of scaler and lag that depend of refresh rate.
And sorry again for bothering you with all that staff.
