So is the Founders Edition “compact” board layout considered reference? Are the AIBs going to have an “AIB reference” or is it up to each of them to cook up their own custom board layouts? Also wonder how this will impact water blocks if there isn't a real reference layout?

In for one, Not sure if im going to get a founders card and wait for heatkiller blocks or get a hydro cooper card. Anyone got any stories about the hydrocopper series? Are they decent blocks?
