Don't get me wrong--if one has the space, I think there is little downside to having a huge radiator. I was just concerned with getting it cleaned.

Forget the heater core, I'm thinking *radiator*.

Has anyone tried just using a full size radiator? I'm wondering if that would keep water temps so close to ambient it would become a non-issue, with performance limited only by waterblock and pump. And it might even work with no fans...
