Specs:
-Chieftec Dragon (or one of the 100000000 look alikes)
-Asus M2N-SLI Deluxe
-Athlon 64 X2 5000+
-EVGA 9800GT 1 GB
-Cooler Master 460W
-Stock cooler
-4 1GB DDR2

Here it is before I did anything to it:

And here it is now:

Sorry for the absolutely horrid pics.

I've always loved these cases (it was this particular one that got me interested in Chieftec Dragons) and now I have the one I've always wanted

This thing is old, and it was almost on fire the other day, but I love it. I'm thinking of putting 2 120's up front, maybe a blowhole or 2 up top, and get an Phenom X4 9850 and a Xigmatek Gaia, and slowly rejuvenating it over time. And yes, that's a card reader sitting in the bottom xD

Tell me what you guys think! Also would like suggestions for what to do. I've heard the M2N was a pretty good overclocker in its time.

This thing plays games "ok". Witcher 2 absolutely murders it, but Source games run fine. I think it's the CPU that's the bottleneck, that's why I want to go with a Phenom X4.

get rid of the unused dvd drive (unless you use both)
so you can move the hdd around. Having some space between them will make them run cooler

The only reason those are there are to fill in the blank slots. I was thinking of doing that once I get 5.25 to 3.5 adapters. I'll have to find a place to put an SSD too, as I plan on getting a 32GB for Linux. I want to modify the motherboard tray for some cable management too. I'll probably start the build log when I possible.

I would sell of everything except the case, and then use the money made off the parts to mod that case into something nice to look at. It definitely has the potential. There are some great case mods here on from some very talented people worldwide that you could check out for some inspiration.
