What happens if you try to print them one by one instead of the whole document in one go?

How does it print the first page when you ask it to only print the 2nd one?

This 1 by 1 print solution is obviously so you can get that printed in case it's urgent, it isn't a long term solution. But you know you can specify which pages you want printed. What I wanted you to try was to ask for page 2 to be printed, then once this is through, ask for page 3, and so on ...
