just about everything but "THE ITEM"

Everything is missing but the actual product. So like any connectors and stuff, you are out of luck, its like a OEM version of it. They are good deals, but some people want them brand new, unopened.
sometimes it will come with everything and other times it won't
depends on how lucky you are.
some people won't buy open box...but i don't see a problem with it really.

It's hit or miss. Nothing is GUARANTEED to be in the box, except the item itself. I ordered an open-box Asus Rampage, and was hoping to get the extras. However, when it came, all that was in the box was the board itself. But considering I would have paid close to $300 for a brand new board, and I can still get all of the extras from the Asus website if I want to (and it would still be cheaper than brand new), I think I got a great deal!

everyone says hit or miss but I have NEVER received an item with ANYTHING missing. Having bought 2 OB video cards, 2 OB motherboards an open box monitor and a few other things. 1 of the video cards even still had the free game that came with it! But it is probably just odds.
i've bought only open box really. comes with everything.
