Yep, The Acer.<br />
<br />
I don;t know about Ben-Q, but Samsung and Acer are reputable. The Acer is better IMHO: Better bang for the buck at 22" WS and 5ms response time. Besides, the 20.1" will have essentially the same verticle height as your 19" (that's how it is w/ my Viewsonics).<br />
<br />
Don't get me wrong, 20.1" WS is a leap in enjoyability over 19"<br />
<br />
Enjoy it! <img src="/images/smilies/biggrin.gif" border="0" alt="" title="Big Grin" class="inlineimg" />

I have that BenQ, first of all on height, it is about an inch less of actual screen height. I really enjoy my Ben Q. But can you really go against that Acer, 22" WS for just 50 bucks more. Gravy, makes me want one.

im still undecided here...<br />
<br />
although the 22" is bigger.. reviews say light bleds from top edge and the res is the same as the 20" samsung.. so the 20" will have a better picture quality..the samsung has height adjustment.. cinda new to me cus crts dont <img src="/images/smilies/tongue.gif" border="0" alt="" title="Stick Out Tongue" class="inlineimg" /><br />
<br />
i got a while to decide about this..

i reckon the benQ will have better image quality then the rest, just check out the pixel pitch compared to the rest, but im also thinking that the acer with 22" of tft those pixels arent gonna look big anyway<img src="/images/smilies/smile.gif" border="0" alt="" title="Smile" class="inlineimg" />

You pay a little bit more you'll get a 22"..<br />
3 of these are not very good choices,if you've got more choice, try to look for viewsonic 22" or wait for 24" ( i'm not sure whether your country got 24" or not) the acer backlight leakage is really bugging me alot..especially when I watch dvd

Is there really a benefit of a 22" monitor while the resolution is the same as the 20" monitors? Yes, you have a larger surface...but no gain in terms of resolution. I'd get the better quality of the 20" (esp. the Viewsonic) over the extra square inches.

Don't mean to hijack this thread , but what the heck is cd/m squared?I've looked over a lot of monitors, and the ones that are always the most striking are those with a "shiny" look to the screen . All of them have a brightness of 350 cd/m squared or more.

I had been looking at the Secpter but I've not been able to fine much on it in my searches. The specs look good as does the price. Many have bought it and there are some complaints. It's very small pixels is a bit of a magnet to the consideration.<br />
The issue is I'm always very hesitant in purchases when I can't find any lagit reviews on a product!

I'd look for a combination of all. However, the monitors you have posted all look pretty good.<br />
<br />
From the ones you listed, I personally like the Samsung. They have a pretty good reputation. The Sceptre looks good on paper, but I have to agree with Duke here.

Uh, gee, Ace.... from my post, you'll see that I already figured that part out-lol. My question is "what does cd/m2" actually stand for?

You're crazy if you think that<br />
<br />
<br />
I have a Sceptre 20.1" NAGA...somethin somethin<br />
<br />
It's pretty decent I'd say. Games well, but their first versions (Which I have) had a slight problem, but their customer service is great. They paid for shipping back to them from my place...And was back in a week or so...w00t..Not a pain...
