Heya ocn. So I was offered 2000$ for my sig rig -- minus the peripherals and the ssd and hdd

Basically I was offered for retail price - 20%

Which isn't bad at All really. Anyways, I could take that money and spend 300-400 to rebuild the computer but change a lot of stuff around and side grade. The z version of the motherboard. A better psu. A sweeter looking case and non reference cards or 670s. The 2700k and an h100

Like I said not an upgrade but a side grade and change of looks plus brand new components vs 300$

I would basiclly get the same computer with some better stuff and brand new and lose water cooling performance. I would also improve look wise IMO.

For 300 out of pocket. What do you think?

I guess you could do it, get a 3770k with IB mobo, 670's are beastly IMO. Sounds like a free upgrade to me, and just get another Rasa kit. If you need to, you could get a 3750k to free up some more cash for other components.
