generally, as high as you want as long as it doesn't not rise above the temperature limit for the CPU (~55C). however, some CPU's will OC a bit higher with slightly less voltage, because occasionally the CPU reacts better to cooler temperatures than higher voltages. but, for the most part, crank it up,

First off they arent the same chip. Second of all I'd lower that down to 55 C. Voltage wise, around 1.6 for 24/7 usage I'd say, maybe a bit higher, to around 1.65.
