So i ordered one of those PNY xlr8 black PCB gtx 465's now most people say this one unlocks can somebody give me a link to a GOOD unlocking guide thanks.

No guarantees, though. It's pretty random nowadays. Good luck with it.


The unlock is easy. Took me 2 minutes.

But did you actually get the same performance as a gtx 470?

Do not use the ASUS unlocking tool. It will not fully unlock your 465 to 470 specs. Use this guide here and you'll be set --> http://www.overclock.net/nvidia/7522...65-gtx470.html

Be sure to backup your stock bios before you flash. If you do then you'll be fine.

Thanks when i get ill be sure to post pics of the PCB so we can see i it has all 10 memory chips I really hope its the black one
