the other day I found a high cfm datech fan at work and put it on my cpu instead of the stock amd fan and it work great but it runs on a thermal sensor I could care less about noise so I tried bypassing the sensor when I did it started revving up and then it stops and then restarts but it will not hold a high rpm is there a way to fix this?

Try using a program like speedfan to set all of your mobo fan speeds, works great for me
