Overclock bfg geforce 9800 gt

I was planning on overclocking my bfg geforce 9800 gt but I honestly don't know what the highest overclocking settings are without blowing the card. I use the Nvidia control panel plugin thing that lets me overclock my card. I run on a XP home OP. Thanks.

i have same card 9800+ , i hope this helps my 2d settings are 370,740,385 and my 3d settings are 802,1989,1049 and my current 3dmark06 score is 18,026 but ud better turn up those fans , mine runs with this setup 24-7
