3 gb ram
Intel R 4 series express chipset family
I am trying to overclock for better emulation with pcsx2
I have no idea how to overclock, I was wondering if somebody could explain?

Oem motherboards do not permit you to overclock. if its the motherboard that came when that pc was purchased you will not be able to overclock your cpu. There are a few software overclocking tools but since you cannot raise voltage on a locked mobo it really isnt worth the effort.

Are you running the onboard GPU ? if so its going to be the same story as above. A dedicated GPU can be overclocked however.

Depends on what you are trying to emulate - which is?
