Hey guys,

Have been working my ass off trying to reach my goal of 5GHz on my newly upgraded PC. I just can't seem to get it stable in the stress testing that are recommended. Also I can only reach 4.8GHz it seems. I think I am doing something wrong. Can you guys help me get on the right track?

Specs:

Motherboard: ROG STRIX Z370-F GAMING
CPU: Intel Core i7-8700KCPU
Cooler: NZXT Kraken x62 mounted with Noctua NT-H1 paste

Graphics: Gigabyte GeForce GTX 1060 Aorus Xtreme 6GB
PSU: EVGA 650 GQ
Monitor: ASUS ROG Swift PG279Q @ 1440p 144hz

Can you guys help me get on the right track?
