overclock old legend?

i have an old rig im trying to get the most out of. its a pII 300Mhz @566Mhz. it is water cooles,made a custom water block 4 it. it has an old legend PCI video card.
my question is, is it easy to overclock this vid card? if so, how? please help!

you may try powerstrip it worked on my s3 video card it my work on your legend card let me now if you have problems
