OK, This probably can't be done, but i am wondering about the extent to which you can overclock a laptop, because of cooling problems, but if i can do anything it would be nice to know.

I've attached the results from dxdiag, what else do you need to know?
Also, i read in the new PCGamer that dell PCs wouldn't overclock. The laptop in question is a Dell Latitude D800

I would doubt if that laptop even has the option to overclock (like mine), ie there are no options in BIOS. There may be some software utilities that may let you overclock, but it wouldn't be by much as the cooling is, as you say, limited.
