Hello!

I have a question about overclocking my cpu to 3.2 but i have a stock cooler and the tem is at 45C when is stress tested with prime 95, when is not tested the temp is 30C!

Soo can i go to 3.2 GHz or not help me please?

Just try going up slowly and as long as your temps dont get worse you should be ok

Maybe not 3.2, but possibly. Just try it and watch the temperatures. Overclocking with the stock cooler is not advised because it is awful at cooling so be careful and do not let temperatures go above 60.

Use HWMonitor to monitor your temperatures during stress testing. (HWMonitor Site)

I'd say more like 65-70C is a safe max temp, but whatever your comfortable with.

Yeah Blacklac you are right I think the maximum for that processor is 72 degrees.

i've got to 3.1GHz with no problem and the temps are at 45C to 46C

now it's time for 3.2GHz

Goodo, with temps that cool you might be able to reach 3.5, you will have to see.

74C is the Tcase , max temp would be around 80C
