Click DEL when the PC turns on, go into BIOS, go to MB Intelligent Tweaker M.I.T. Then do this:

CPU Host Frequency: 320
PCI Express Frequency: 100
CIA 2: DISABLED

Preformance Enhance: STANDARD
XMP: DISABALED
(G)MCH Freq Latch: AUTO
System Memory Multi: 2.00

CAS Latency Time: AUTO
tRCD: AUTO
tRP: AUTO
tRAS: Auto

Load-Line Calibration: ENABLED
CPU Vcore: 1.250V
CPU Termination: 1.3
CPU PLL: 1.50
CPU Reference: AUTO

MCH Core: 1.150
MCH Reference: AUTO
MCH/DRAM Reference: AUTO
ICH I/O: AUTO
ICH Core: AUTO

DRAM Voltage: 2.00
DRAM Termination: AUTO
Channel A Ref: AUTO
Channel B Ref: AUTO

Any of the above settings missing? Just ignore them and continue

Also go to ADVANCED BIOS FEATURES and do this:

CPU Enhanced Halt: DISABLED
C2/C2E State Support: DISABLED
C4/C4E State Support: DISABLED
CPU Thermal Monitor 2: DISABLED
CPU EIST Function: DISABLED

Now go back to the Main BIOS screen and go to SAVE & EXIT SETUP, Press Y and let the PC Reboot. Should boot to Windows at 3.2Ghz

Turn the Vcore down to 1.20V and see if it will do another pass at PRIME95.
