hi there every 1:
This is my 1st time , and i'm new here, so if u please Explain as much as u can if u please.
Well guys, i've been able 2 OC my CPU from 3.0 Ghz to 3.75Ghz, and i did that by increasing the FSB from the BIOS, from 200 to 250, my Multiplier is 15, by the way my Ram is DDR2-667Mhz.
Now, when i increase the FSB 200-250, the Ram Frequency increase from 677-833 MHz, and my PC is stable, but in CPU-Z software when i c it, i find the FSB : DRam under the memory section is 3:5, and the Frequency is 417 , and the # under them r 5.5.5.15, (i really don't know these stuff but i know these # if they r low it means better).(CAS/RAS/RAS to CAS/RAS precharge)
Any way, when i go 2 the Bios, there is something call System Memory Multiplier, i can use only , (2 , 2.66 , 3.33 , Auto), and if u do the math u'll find, (250*3.33 Or Auto =833) , when i change the Multiplier to 2, it'll be (500), when i c the CPU-Z , i get 1:1 , and the Frequency is 250, and the #s are 3.3.3.9, and if i use 2.66 it'll be (665) MHz, and in CPU-Z i get 3:4 , the Frequency is 334 , and 4.4.4.12.
So can any 1 tell me what is going on, and what is the best choice for me, they r all stable, i got no problem with them.
But i was thinking, is it right when the Memory Freq higher this should be better,, y when they r high these # get higher 2 ??????
