How do I know if I'm stressing my power supply. How can I know how much overall power I'm using so I can know if I need to upgrade my power supply? I tried doing a search, and I couldn't find the answer. I'm currently using a 350W power supply.

Well, I got the voltages, but I don't know what they mean. Am I looking for overvoltages, or undervoltages (excess current). What are the tolerences? Is there a tool that says something like "your computer is running at X watts at idle and y watts under load". That would be great.

Yeah, it's only a 350W PSU. I think in the future I'll upgrade to a 450W, but right now, I'm broke. At the very least, a 450W will run cooler under loads than mine does currently, even if it's not that bad under stress.

try that calculator, obviously it cannot be 100% accurate but it should give you a general idea.

Well, I'm at 295 Watts. I guess that's a pretty high stress level for a 350W max PSU, I guess I'll upgrade to a 450W in the future, just to be safe.
