So I was overclocking and I had to exit bios and it started updating romsip table and my dads girlfriend started to blow dry her hair and the breaker popped in my room turning off my computer and now it wont boot back up, I have tried removing the battery and moving the jumper over. Any other methods I could try? or is my board toast?

When you power it on, what does it do? Unplug the power cord, and hold the power button for around 10 seconds. If that doesn't work, then it probably is toast. It sounds like it was updating and writing the bios to rom when it lost power.

All fans turn on and graphic cards fan spins sounds like it wants to boot but wont

nothing to the display? Do you have a spare video card that you could swap in? Take out the memory and reset them as well, same with the power supply power connections on the motherboard.

it just says hdmi has no input and does the floating box, i will go do that.

okay i pulled out ram and reseated power connections still no luck

unfortunately this is looking bleak. It may be time for an upgrade and a ups.

Okay I have an idea, I have this 775 pentium 4 processor to try in my board to see if I can get it to re update romsip table. Do you think that will work?

It would be worth a shot, if anything, like you said, to update the romsip table or reset the bios to defaults.

It doesn't look like newegg has any decent overclocking socket 775 boards anymore. I would look for a p45 board. The g41/43 boards don't overclock very well at all. I'm assuming this is to tide you over until you can do a full system upgrade.
