I've been given a second P6T SE board, and since I don't have any more LGA1366 CPU's just lying around (

) I figured it would be a neat idea to try and crossflash to P6T for some hot hot SLI action. The only question is how would I do it?

I've looked around and tons of people are discussing it but nobody is sharing their methods, so even a point in the right direction would be most appreciated!

Uh, wouldn't you just flash the bios from the different model? I don't know if it will work or not though. You could have a bricked motherboard.

Yeah that's basically the idea, except I have no idea how to force a flash. Asus's flashing utilities all do a model check first and reject the P6T bios, so I have to use some kind of third party tool.

Other people have posted successful flashes to P6T, but like I said no mention of what they're using to do it.
