Ok well i have my pageile on my 74GB Raptor and im running a little low on space and its taking up 5 GB on the drive. I was wondering if it was possible to move it to my 500GB seagate?? also would there be a large performance loss going from the 10K to the 7.2K drive??

Since the page file is usually rarely used, and the Seagate probably isn't much slower than the Raptor, no, I don't think you would notice a performance loss.

The OS is on the Raptor? If so, you would gain performance by moving the paging file off the system disk regardless of the secondary disk performance.

You won't ever need it.

You also want to set a static space to decrease fragmentation.

Just set it to 4097-4097MB.
