Fan is always on high on this laptop, speakers do not work but headphones do and brightness control does not work, I am a noob at this any help would be appreciated. Do not want to go back to windows.

Okay, if its anything like the CF-AX2, Sound will only work if you fool alsa mixer into thinking there is an audio jack connected. (stupid thing I know...)
Brightness control not much idea, I never figured that out.

I need to update that lol, remix does not run particularly very well on it at all but Ubuntu-wise I did fool Alsa in the end and it now does work, Ill see if I can find the script I used.

Hi, any news on that? In my case brightness working. Lubuntu 19.04 brand new installed with few packages added. Initially no sound on phones or speakers, but for some reason now phones are working.
Did you got the speakers working? How?
PS: Also some problems with scrollbar and fonts sizes due to the HI resolution in small screen in my opinion. Hard to elder people for example.
