I could be mistaken, but on my system here, Server 2008 (mostly Vista) lists the speed in MB/s not Mb/s. So 100Mb/s would roughly correspond to 12.5MB/s.

Those speeds seem about right to me, you'd need to run gigabit for some better speeds.
