pc wont detect my v3?

i go to install the drivers for it to charge from my comp and it works then i go to install "Motorola accessory" and "Motorola mcu data logger" along with
"Motorola test command"....and none of them work it says it wont detect the phone in any of my phone tools(using the tools suggested on this page minus motorola phone tools)
now what?

Tried a Nwer Verion of the driver ? Also try another USB slot !

you gotta install usb drivers first then install Motorola Phone Tools, then manually detect phone....

it detects it in the usb but not my computer

thats exactly what happens....it well detect a motorola modem and phone....look...
