i just installed windows 7 64bit ,after running a programe called regcure which corupted my old windows7 ,
now when pc restarts while loading windows 7 i just get a black screen and the bios wont post,unless i turn the psu of at the back then turn it back on it posts,i managed to set windows back up but every time i have to restart my pc for updates ect.it wont boot back up.any ideas,

First Reset the bios.Maybe there is an error on there.Or you can try a fresh install and format your hard drive.

The BIOS not posting is not a Windows problem. Have you tried resetting the CMOS?

So you're not seeing the BIOS screen at all when it won't boot?

no when it restarts the bios doesnt beep,and the screen stays black,but the pc is on with fans going.

when the pc restarts when pressing reset, the bios doesnt post or make any beeps ,just hangs,unlles i turn the power off then it will restart,
