Does anyone have any idea if the pinouts for an 8 pin PCIe PSU cable to power a GPU are the same across the board for all PSU? I had some sleeved cables made, but when I use the continuity tester on my multimeter to test each end of the cables, they're different than the ones that came with my PSU. Obviously, the voltages at the end of the cable, where it plugs into the GPU, have to be the same, but I'm wondering if it's this way on the PSU end also.

Almost every brand uses their own pin layout at the PSU end which means your cables will probably not work on another PSU
Might be able to tell you if you can or cant use them if you told me what PSU you have now and what you had before
