Well 150 sounds reasonable (AU). I sold my old Pentium D 925 for around $100 (AU) on eBay so it was a good win for me. Since you have some ram and a GPU i would aim for around $150.
people are craigslist usually look for a bundle. So if you put a keyboard mouse and Crt or something in there you could sell for more and you can sell it as a cheap gaming computer
