I'm building a new system and my budget for a processor is in the $400 range. I already have the motherboard-Asus-p5nd2-SLi. I'm lookin to overclock to at least 4.5 Ghz, so thats where the confusion comes in-65 nm or 90 nm? And yes, if anyones wondering, I am planning to use a water cooler.

I agree with the 65nm CPUs, I feel that they are going to go very high on water.

65nm is inherantly cooler than 90nm... You may wonder why is a better processor cheaper? Well because 65nm is also cheaper to manufactor than 90nm. Weird huh! How often is newer tech cheaper than older stuff?
