I'm building a new system and my budget for a processor is in the $400 range. I already have the motherboard-Asus-p5nd2-SLi. I'm lookin to overclock to at least 4.5 Ghz, so thats where the confusion comes in-65 nm or 90 nm? And yes, if anyones wondering, I am planning to use a water cooler.
The 65nm will give you a better overclock than a 90nm would so get the 661
