When logging in i see little shadows and no people for like aminute or so, only on this new pc, my old one which was much crappier ran it fine on like 20 fps, my new ones runs it past like 80 fps, any ideas?

How's your internet connection? what programs do you have running in the background(antivirus?)

Takes a while for the server to populate the world on your computer, especially in places like IF. Consider how much information is being sent from their servers, to your computer, and such. There is nothing wrong.

I see, just sending info to everone in that area and them sending it to me all at once, i understand, thanks a bunch.
