Phenom 955 Cooler

So I'm in need of a decent Air Cooler for my 955. Stock is 3.2, I want to take it to 4.0 at least. What do I need to do that? I also was it to look good, my case has a side window. If it's got a blue LED fan, that would be preferable.

I was looking at these, any thoughts?

Antec Max CPU Cooler 92mm CPU Cooler
ASUS Triton 78 Aluminum & Copper CPU Cooler

But those are ugly....
:/
If anything those ones you suggested are "ugly"
You can always throw a LED fan on one of the sinks if you want it to be "pretty"
Xigmatek dark knight comes with a LED light on it if you want looks over performance. But, I wouldn't recommend it since you're on AMD. You would need custom brackets to mount it vertically.
get a mugen 2; at 3.2ghz w/ 22c ambient, i'm idling at 27c, full load at 35c w/ 2 slipstreams
my core contact freezer full loaded at 40c

just replace the fans with those silly LED ones u wish for, as the stock one isn't too great
these slipstreams kinda suck too; will upgrade in future!

Neither of those you suggested worth their price.

TRUE
Megahalem the best

Basically what he said.

On the other hand, you'll have a hard time getting to 4.0 GHz on air, most of them tops out at 3.8-3.9 GHz.

Ugly or not, they will get you closer to 4 ghz than either of the ones you listed.

This is it, right?

The Xigmatek DK is compatible with AM3. I would recommend getting Scythe Mugen 2 instead if it fits in your case. Simply because you don't have to mount it horizontally whereas the DK does.

The mugen 2 performs better than the dark knight.
But yo, if you can, forget about looks and grab a megahalems or if you really need something with looks, get the black megahalems aka the megashadow. Its the best aircooler on the market, except for maybe that new big ol' noctua df-14 or something(But I haven't seen to many reviews of it so I'm not to sure).
But coming from a megahalems owner, you will not be disappointed. (I have it on my 940 and its almost as good as my watercooling system)

A)Where can I find them? I normally shop on newegg or zipzoomfly, and neither of them sell megahalems.

B)How much do they cost?

I think I might stick with the Mugen-2. Just don't think the megahalems are worth the money.
The megahelms is around $65 or so.
If you want to save some money I would suggest the Baram.
