Phenom II 550 BE Simple Overclock Question

Hey, starting to overclock my Phenom II x2 550 BE. Won't unlock to a quad core, so I guess I'll just clock it as high as I can.

Am I correct that I only really need to up vcore and the cpu multiplier?

So far I've just risen multi to 18x and left vcore at 1.45v
I ran P95 (blend) overnight for around 8 hours and it seemed fine.

My cooler is the Corsair H50 with push/pull 38mm panaflos. I'm idling at around 23C and load is somewhere in the 30s if I can recall. Is there anything else I should try or should I just put vcore at 1.55v and see how high of a multi I can get stable?

Yeah, just watch your temps. When you find the max stable overclock, drop the voltage to see the lowest you can get.

Or you can slowly inch up to max.

you can raise the fsb just for sake of memory ocing, like raising the memory clock, maybe you can make 1630 or 1660 raising the fsb. beware that the hypertransport clock will raise too worthless, high htt will make your system unstable then drop the htt multiplier to oc your memory.
Phenom II X2 955???? Never heard of it. My 955 is a X4 no need to unlock anything.

Not to mention an HTT over 2000Mhz actually decreases performance too...you need to keep it as close to 2000Mhz as possible
