I'm trying to unlock my processor, already tried many times but when windows go booting it restarts the computer, maybe it's a defective core or my power suply isn't holding the 4 cores or something with my memory? I own a OCZ Obsidian :/

Here is the method I used and have recommended it to many people and have had it work.
First things first, set your BIOS to defualt everything.
Turn ACC on and reboot back into the BIOS.
Set your CPU voltage to 1.2v.
I know its low but trust me.
Boot up into windows.
Run Prime95 SmallFFT test for about 10-15 minutes or so to get initial stability.
If the test fails then bump up the voltage to 1.225v or so.

I was in the same position as you.
I had gone from stock volts (1.35v) up to 1.5v without success.
Then, I booted up in 1.2v and it worked.

All I had to do was set my ACC to auto with nothing else touched and it unlocked without a problem. If you have tried several different settings, bumped the voltage a little, ACC per core with the +1, +2 stuff etc, then it may just be one that will not unlock.

I'm not saying to give up on trying, just saying after so much tweaking and it still won't unlock, you may have to face it and accept it being a failure on unlocking. I hope it works out for you though.
The curious thing is that I see a lot of 0928BPMW batches unlocking successfull over the internet, I think I'm missing something, you say you had to go ACC auto, I had to go EC to hybrid too, ACC auto doesn't give me 4 cores.

I haven't looked into my BIOS settings much yet, but I think mine doesn't even have the EC hybrid setting. I will have to check in a minute and see. It may have auto set to hybrid when I set auto on ACC or it may be called somethign else in my bios. Will reboot shortly and check it out. I'm pretty sure mine is just a whole different setup than your board though.

Edit: The only options my BIOS has for ACC is Auto, All cores and Per core. I think they Hybrid thing is only for certain BIOS' like yours. Have you tried setting it per core and doing the +2 on the other cores yet? Or any other of the settings in ACC/EC? Or bumping the vcore voltage a little? Tried a different BIOS? I did a quick search and read up on that board and it seems certain bios' are stubborn on unlocking. Lot of success stories with the F2c and F3 versions, can't find much on F4. Looks like there is an F5 too? Worth looking into. Lots of things to try before totally giving up

The EC thing is a option called EC Firmware that have to be put in hybrid mode not ACC in hybrid, I'm going to try F2C or F3 bios, I've tried changing the cores in ACC and with +12 on the main cores and -12 on the locked ones gave me a little bit of time under the boot scene, but crash and restart.

Try F3. F2 is rubbish for unlocking. If it still fails you're probably out of luck.

So I tried F3 BIOS and still no success, windows can't pass the boot load :/
