i want a 920 that will be 2.8ghz and i want it at 3ghz flat i dont want any higher just that so dont try and tell me other stuff, i want to know the voltages and other stuff on how to pull this off. i have never done this so yea....

just go to bios, disable cool and quiet, then add 18-20mhz to your cpu bus. and bingo! there's no need to change the voltage at all.

2.8 to 3ghz should need no voltage change just adjust the memory controller (FSB)

Stock multi is 14x, so to get 3GHz you'll need to set the reference clock to 214 or 215 ( to actually hit 3GHz EXACTLY you'd need 214.28... so pick your poison).
