Photoshop CS3 coming Q2 '07 !

Looks pretty interesting.. if the rumors in the article is true then PhotoShop CS3 will run much much faster with alot more features

On a random side note, I read somewhere that Photoshop was one of the most pirated applications.

Anyway faster is good, photoshop was always slow on every computer I had up until this one. Now if only they would come out with a new version of Premiere.

Ditto to that...but I wouldn't blame them when the price tag is a whopping $500ish. Wonder how much CS3 will cost..

Welcome to the world of professional applications, think this Maya Unlimited is a cool 6K and Autcad $5500.

Probably because people don't have the kind of money to spend on a single CD that cost what 10 cents to make? Then again a lot of time and effort went into the making of a program.

Considering a new 600 dollar program comes out every 6 months....no kidding. *****. I don't find it hard to believe.

I simply cannot wait for CS3.

Side note: It's absurd to see just how many people pirate programs, such as Photoshop, when they could just as easily use a freeware/ open source alternative. I say this because the vast majority of people who pirate Photoshop generally don't even use many of its features but insist on having it anyway.
