Even that rig, I would not get a Physx card. I'd either upgrade that CPU (Dual Core opty 165 for like $160 on Newegg), add RAM if you don't have 2GB yet, or just save the money until DX10 is out, and then either get a (then cheaper) high-end DX9 card, or go DX10 right away.
