Hi,

I'm trying to use my 5850 as main display & 8800GTS as PhysX card.

The Nvidia driver is installed and it's the newest.
ATI driver installed and is the newest
Using PhysX mod 1.04(latest)
Installed latest PhysX driver.

But when I have both cards plugged into my M4A89GTD Pro and monitor cable plugged into my 5850 in my device manager my 8800GTS isn't even recognized?

Both cards work also.

Does anybody know what the problem could be?

Regards,
TrentH

I unplugged my 5850 and used just the 8800GTS to install the driver with.

Wouldn't my card be recognized in the device manager ethier way?

Also on the website it shows that you can use the latest drivers.

I don't know about the device manager part, but I know for a fact that in Nvidia's WHQL drivers they intentionally disable physx when an ATi card is present. However, when those Beta drivers where released they forgot to put that part in, so you can use an ATi primary with a nvidia card running physx. I put the link in my previous post.

Thank you!

I'll try these new drivers and see what happens.
