I am planning on water cooling a CPU, Motherboard and GPU x 2 - Would you advise If the water cooling set that I am planning on purchasing would be Decent enough? Will I need to purchase an additional radiator? For water cooling the two Graphic cards In SLI will I need any other equipment to link them together and water cool the both of them? What would be the best set up?

CPU > Radiator > GPU > GPU > Radiator > Motherboard?

Need advise If possible please. Also what's the best type of cabling and tubing that I could use In my system?

You should consider a 3930k over the 3960x, the price difference is astronomical and the performance doesn't justify it. (Unless you really want this build to be over the top

)

For a 3960x, motherboard, and 2x GTX680s, you're definitely going to want more than just 1 360 radiator. Go for at least 2 360s, if not more. LGA2011 Hex cores are hot little beasts.
Otherwise, your watercooling gear choices look fine. Pump, blocks, etc are all up to par.

If I were you I'd grab a different case than the HAF X. You're going to have to do some modding to put more than just a 360 radiator in there (I watercooled a HAF X before I got my STH10, trust me here).
Check out a Corsair 800D or NZXT Switch 810. Those are both better water cooling cases than the HAF X.

The order of the parts in your loop really doesn't matter, don't lose any sleep over it. At most you'll gain 1-2C difference.

I use primochill tubing--just make sure to get the same size tubing as your fittings. Otherwise just pick what you think looks good.

To hook the GPU's together you have a few options. You can use an EK Bridge, or some companies make fittings especially for SLI connection. I wasn't able to find them on the OC UK website, but the Koolance Dual VID Connectors work really well.

For the CPU if I were you I would get the 3820. No game that I know of supports 6 core atm and when the games that do come out, Ivy Bridge 6 core will be out which will destroy the current SB-E 6 core's on heat and power consumption. This is unless you are running apps that use 6 core cpu's.
However if you have money to burn on the 3930K I say go for it.

Get 2 triple rads. Quad rads would be an overkill but, thats what i would do! That will give you so much to play with! And also give you the option to tri-sli, mobo, and ram h2o cooling without buying anymore rads. Only problem is finding a case to fit dual quad rads!

Personally I would nab 2 more RX360's, another D5 pump and bay res, and have a dual loop setup. EK bridges are your best bet, and primochill tubing is about as good as it gets. And you will need a different case, look at Case Labs cases if you can swing the price. Id recommend an M8

A nova 1080 radiator (9x120 mm) might end up roughly the same cost as 2x triple 120 mm rads and should be more than enough. However, a single tripe rad would get the work done as well, it just would be somewhat more loud and water delta above the ambient would be a bit higher - nothing it could not handle however, unless you are planning to OC it to extreme.

So in this sense the kit you linked would get the job done - getting more rads would be nice ofc, but not a absolute must in my opinion.

I Might Just Add a 420 Radiator So I Can Also Upgrade When Needed - With Regards To The Processor, I Will Be Using This For Virtualisation Also So The 6 Core Processor Would Be Better - It May Be Better For Me To Get a Better Case So I Can Upgrade But I'll Need To Be Able To Get Two Radiators Added - 360 Radiator and Possibly a 420 Radiator or Another 320 Radiator. What's The Best Bet For Cabling? Does anyone else have any recommendations? Need as much feedback as possible!

Also, since you're trying to go for a no-budget-limit-kinda gig, also try 3 or more 27"+ monitors.

That's what I'm stuck on really, choosing a decent case - I need to be able to put In a 420 and a 360 Radiator Inside so It's hard to find a case that all that will fit Inside, that look's like a decent case though that I will definetly consider. That Is better than the previous one. Can you recommend any other cases? That Looks Good aswell.

I think there are no cases out yet that support a 420mm AND a 360mm one, except maybe if you go to CaseLabs and that kind of shops.
If you're willing to go for a 420mm in combination with a 240mm one, the NZXT Switch 810 is a great choice.
If you're willing to go for a 360mm + a 240mm + another 240mm radiator, I know the Cosmos II can handle that with ease.

If you have the room (and the budget) I'd seriously recommend a caselabs case for a "no expense spared" type build - caselabs have a sub-forum here on overclockers too

- I don't regret importing mine one bit (see build link below)

You would definitely be able to find one of their range for all of these components and room for future expansion too - Bear in mind for the UK it will cost the price of the case + shipping + customs charges (each of which could be £100 or more!)

Other than that look at some of the other popular choices for watercooling e.g. Corasir 800D, Silverstone TJ series etc..

I would suggest you use 2 D5 varios in series to increase flow rate and as failsafe factor, are you going to push-pull fans on rad at lower speed ?
