What? Your usage seems normal to me, not too sure what you are asking.
playing crysis 2.cpu usage 40%,GPU 98%
I play CRYSIS 2 at extreme setting with
16AF and 32AA in Nvidia control panel
I get 120fps average
WHY MY CPU USAGE WAS AT 35% while playing and
my GPU USAGE WAS at 98% both cards is this mean i got to much CPU and not bottleneck????

I ASKING WHY my cpu is low usage than gpu
Turn on vsync to lower your GPU usage.

Seriously though...
Your CPU will never go to 100% during gaming, or even close, and if it does the game you are running is probably bugging out. You don't want high CPU usage.

Your detail settings are very high. The GPU is the "bottleneck" with those settings. If you lower your resolution and detail settings to the minimum, the CPU becomes the "bottleneck."
turn on radial blur and motion blur and see if that would increase cpu usage lol. Plus dude you got a i7 @ 4.5ghz that is heller fast there bro!
